Our Mission

West Virginia Parent Training and Information (WVPTI) is a statewide cross disability, parent/professional, private non-profit group. The project is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education and Rehabilitative services. All information and assistance is provided FREE to parents of children with special needs.
